At their gig in Melbourne, Paul pointed directly at me (in the front row) and sung the line "hey you, what's new?" as I mouthed the words. Yeah. It was pretty much the best moment ever. Brilliant live band too!

Questing, Not Coasting is wonderful. It has a gentle yet epic sort of vibe to it that I inexplicably love. I'm glad it was chosen as a single.

The video is uncomplicated, yet has some very beautiful imagery. (And, of course, it's always fun to watch the Park perform.) I also enjoy the symbolic references to individual lyrics.

Seriously, a projected backdrop that (ooooooh!!), shows some weather when he sings about weather?? A little bit too U2 or Coldplay for my taste, especially as Maximo's early videos kicked so much arse!

the first album was awesome, i've never heard so much keyboard in indie rock before, the second album was more on the guitar, it was a bit heavyer, but slower than the first.
