1. In winter, blue boy confess to the girl and they started dating

2. However, things didn't go well and he started to think that she only use him.

3. In the 2nd winter, Blue boy decided to break up with the girl, to his surprise she was crying hard. He started to realize that even though she treats him like crap, she does really love him (mutual love). So I think they still dating
