I agree that it was very poor. But I still enjoyed it for what it was. Its Twilight- No one was expecting Shakespeare! (Which is just as well I guess.)
The first film was definitely the best of the series. After that the whole franchise got progressively worse. Splitting the final movie into two parts was also horrible idea. The storyline wasn't strong enough- mainly because nothing happens in the first half of the book!
Also, was it just me or when he was describing the story like "So she gets pregnant by a vampire but the baby grows so rapidly that it begins to eat her from the inside...he has to turn her as shes giving birth to save her life...etc.." it made it sound like such a good story !! if someone walked into my office and gave me that storyline id be like "eh hell yeh!! we'll make a movie of that sounds cool!!!" he had to like try dumb the storyline down to make it sound crap. haha silly man
@WushuKnight19 The story is about Bella finding her place in the world. That every choice has a consequence. And just when she's about to have everything, she almost loses it all. The characters are not annoying, they're just like any normal person would be if put in those situations. Harry Potter is a brilliant series, I'll give you that. But Twilight is just as good, it just appeals to a different type of fan. The books are MUCH better than the movies,but that can be said about ANY series.

Cant help but agree. I really liked first 3 twilights, but cant help thinking that breaking dawn is not that good. The acting in this one is really weird, even their makeup makes them look older and quite ugly, camera sucks big time, and I could not connect with the story for some reason like I did before. I thought the direction was great. I loved the cinematography. The scenes of the island and the wedding were beautifully shot. Kristen Stewart did an OUTSTANDING job with the pregnancy and Bella's genuine affection for Edward was conveyed in this movie more than any of the others, in my opinion. Condon, Rosenberg and the leads showed a great sense of humor about the story by laughing at the baby name and not taking everything so seriously. It was really good. I liked it a lot.
He doesn't like Kristen Stewart's acting because she looks tired? He hasn't said anything about directing or why this movie is the worst. He didn't compare it to the other movies. He just talked about the main actors. What an unprofessional review.

i am 11 and i went to go see that movie i felt sick after i came out i went with my friend and her mom made us go out of the theater at the 30 sec sexy scene and go into the parking lot for 5 minutes i had to go by the door of the theater to see the movies her mom went to manager to tell him to put a sighn up saying think first before bringing your kids in there

Breaking dawn is a piece of crap! That film just dragged forever and the only action we had in it is the birth which was still crappily acted out... Completely agree with this review! Can't believe it became such a hit.. Personally the only twilight film I liked was Eclipse and maybe the first part but it was too Indie in style for my liking.

Cant help but agree. I really liked first 3 twilights, but cant help thinking that breaking dawn is not that good. The acting in this one is really weird, even their makeup makes them look older and quite ugly, camera sucks big time, and I could not connect with the story for some reason like I did before. Even though book Breaking Dawn was good and enjoyed reading it, movie not that good, kind of like they couldnt be bothered. And im sorry to say this, cause im a twilight fan.

I thought the direction was great. I loved the cinematography. The scenes of the island and the wedding were beautifully shot. Kristen Stewart did an OUTSTANDING job with the pregnancy and Bella's genuine affection for Edward was conveyed in this movie more than any of the others, in my opinion. Condon, Rosenberg and the leads showed a great sense of humor about the story by laughing at the baby name and not taking everything so seriously. It was really good. I liked it a lot.

Cant believe Im joining in on this nerd war but... LOTR was a master piece, the movies and books both were. Though they are NOT the same (PJ said it himself he cant make LOTR) but they both are master pieces in their own right. Twilight on the other hand, the writing isn't bad I'll give it that. The story line and the plot is very clever I must admit. However the acting is very poor, but anything with a target audience of 8-14 yr old girls will be flamed for years on the internet.
