Hey I am not spamming here but if you miss MCR's old sound I have a band that reminds of them in so many ways...like they are a really sincere band and honest...their music is pretty good and they have the same passion MCR once had...just type in Fallen Regiment in the search box and check out their song Devil's Stratagem and Within Grace...these guys don't have any recongnition and I think they deserve it..they are a local favorite however.

Musicly they grown a lot. Bullets was an emotional album, lots of raw emotion rough and angry guitar and singing.Three Cheers was more defined,the lyrics are kind of poetic,the have some catchy riffs and Gerard's singing was smoother. TBP had emotion just not as much as in the other2. The songs were like pieces of art though. There was so much harmony and epic guitar playing it was awesome. All 3 albums were GREAT! MCR is an amazing band and no matter how much they change will always be good :)

This song in particular is about when Gerard was in New York City during the 9/11 bombings. I love this album, along with their second (Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge) and The Black Parade. You should try not to narrow your mind to the popular or tame music trends, but listen to whatever you want. If you don't like it, you don't like it. Know what I'm saying?

for the record i'm a true mcr! i didnt start likin em during TBP but i kinda hate it when ppl say TBP sucked. Like its not THEIR fault it was so maintstream. if you are asking about the drumer then ill tell you. matt the first drumer had some disaggrements with how the way things were, and because at the time gee was at the peak of his addiction the drumer parted and then they asked bob if he wanted to join, but at the time bob was working with the used, something to do with sound. before they asked bob to join, the needed the drumer to do the Im not Ok video...before bob was even in the band and before he had done a live show, he was in a mcr vid.
