  • Plus for the purpose of this challenge I know there are some analytical minds like myself who like to see the numbers and facts. I really want to show people that the HLC principals I teach really worked for me and can work for them. If a over weight, injured, ex- IT guy can do it so can they :-)

As for my back L5-S1 is the area that I have disc issues with and I just had an up slip on the right hand side over the weekend from eating Organic Brown Rice Pasta. Which I'm recovering from

  • Hi Josh, thank you for your comments. I agree most people have goals and the measurements I personally use with my clients are : Appetite, Cravings, Physical, Energy, Mind and Emotion not tape measurements. I personally found this is better because then my clients aren't always stressed/pressuring themselves to lose inches/lbs. which as we know can cause client to gain weight. That's why I personally don't use measurements as a weight loss goal....

  • To play devils advocate...if you don't believe in all this..why are you doing measurements, etc...you say because you have a goal...don't most people have a goal?

AS well, you mentioned you had a back problem...what kind of pain...did it radiate..by the look of your posture and shifting..it looks like you might have a disc issue going on!

Good luck buddy on getting back on track!
