the instruments were:violin, guitar, piano, flute(possibly penny whistle but i doubt it),piano, an a drum of some sort(sounds like a bohdran, not sure if i spelled that right).

Could be, if you meant Tin whistle, it also could be an irish flute, it sound like its a metal tone though, so it is most likely a tin whistle.
