@elcheapouno nononono i have no hate for this method dont get me wrong it can be good if used correctly but it still will not get that longterm fix. And as for my griddle well yea was going to upgrade to a T8 but being 15years old its a bit of a stretch for me money wise haha. However i completely respect you using a TC i hate them stupid video's on youtube which dont even monitor the temp. Also may i add subbed. :)
However i do get better results with my station rather than using a HG.
This actualy does more damage long term and is not the correct way to reflow.

@CoDsFlamin some methods are better than others, but there is on real way to do it.
most guys that went out and spent lots of cash on a reflow system
will drop by and tell me im doing something wrong. one could say that
your doing harm with your grittle, you need a proper heat plate.
but all a heat plat is just a glorified grittle, right?
just like I think your unit is just a expensive heat gun ;p
what it boils down to is a good motored temp.
I have very few probs with this method=)

@CoDsFlamin
no probs man. =)
I do intend on getting a better setup, something that has a
arm that fits over the chip. but for those that don't have a nice reflow
system, its a good thing to show not to use a no temp gun
and passably fry some stuff. =p
by the way, thanx for subbing to my channel! =D

What exactly does refluxing do?
SignalNeverFades 2 months ago
@SignalNeverFades would have been a good thing for me to
put in the vid, wouldn't it?..lol! the purpose for the flux is to
clean the solder joints and to keep the bga from bridging.

@PhatPhunk hey no probs, hope it helps some peeps! ;)
