Private Contractors are necessary for most modern deployments. Specifically for Body Guarding/Personal Personnel Protection, Base/Diplomatic Mission/NGO Protection, and most importantly Logistics. People need to learn the difference in Mercenary and Private Security Contractors. Blackwater are beefed up body guards. They also do tasks (Along with other PMC companies) such as supply transport, training, etc. Also, PMCs can -not- engage in direct combat (IE a PMC team can not assault a town/preform rescue operations/demolitions. They can only fire when fired upon to defend themselves and their contractors assets. May the contractor be military or private. Guys like this need to do research
