Good video. I like the way you go from short to long axis to show the sciatic nerve lengthwise. One problem you should consider correcting is that your pictures don't match up with your sonoanatomy. You show a photo of the probe head on the subgluteal region and the needle coming in from the lateral side. On the sonoanatomy you show the needle entering from the right which you had previously labeled as medial. So the images aren't compatible or something was mislabeled.

you are right, the picture of patient position probe and needle is not correct, infact the needle enter in medial and not in lateral. sorry for my mistake
