Um for all of you that DON'T know, they actually sang the theme song! They were on Jimmy Fallon & sang it live! I loved this show in the 90's! I don't understand why i was even allowed to watch it since I was only 6 when it started & 11 when it ended. :-/ Their songs were very catchy! I can't recall any of their names or what happened in the show, but i NEVER forgot the theme song & for that they are AWESOME!
this show was pretty ethnic. tony was the black dude, sam was asian and lorena was mexican (and rich). was this show about making a band for affirmative action?
@xanfus It was the 90's. Back then everyone assumed that racial harmony meant having a friend of every ethnicity in your social circle and only those friends. You can't have any other circle of friends.

anyone remember the show where sam (jenny kwon) opened her legs really wide with a skirt on i wanked off for about 10 years over that she was wearing like a gold dress i think she was sitting on the chair then she opened soo wide ! anyone have the episode ??
Sam WAS singing this live. Listen to her version in the opening credits. She says "stop" different. It's definitely not the same audio as the theme song. Whenever Jenny would sing this on the show, it'd just be the same playback as the theme song.
Amusingly I think Jennie Kwan actually was singing this live - the rest sounds like it was from the CD (with the exception of the chorus vocals, which have a different harmony unique to this episode). But she really sounds like she was on the spot.
@wouldthatbeokay when they made the theme song for the tv soundtrack, both jenny and the other both sang lead for those vocals, just one before the other.
@blackwaterboy You can even hear Heidi's vocals in the season 3-5 opening. I could never figure out if they just were too lazy to re-record it or if it was supposed to be a tribute to her and Brent Gore (his vocals in the chorus)
this was my SHOW! i dig they went strong for ethnicity, but i prefer jen over sam anyday
