No offense, but it's called "Russian BRAID", not BREAD. It means that the dough is braided (like hair). Anyway, it looks delicious, and I can't wait to give it a try! :>
Do you add anything to your hazelnut paste? What is your table top made of? the ovens tht you are using what brand are they, do you have a brick lines in them?
Very nice ! Just I am wondering why do you call it Russian bread ? We dont eat such kind of bread in Russia :) It's not a typical Russian bread : )

I tryed this at home but couldn't succesfully produce the Russian braid because i used a Nutella filling which made the dough too sticky to manage :(
