  • Ah! You didn't put on your safety goggles.

  • ECERYBODY THINKING IN FANS ! Instead of realise the warm air flyes up by itself ! The SILENT computer gaming STARTS by the case's TOP and the side panel modified to a MESH, instead of loading noisie fans to your case ! Use a flex, cut the case, mount metal mesh, finish your yob with autobodyfiller. Sand it, paint it ! Use Scythe Ninja 3,or Setsugen Cpu cooler set to:650-700-rpm,9-Dba noise ! Buy ninja, or Thermalright aftermarket VGA cooler, set to: 650-700-Rpm !You will do SILENT GAMING !

  • Dude what is the size of the hole saw?

  • @jordanxozman It is a 4" diameter...

  • i'm doing this to my old case I already have the template marked into it, what size drill bit do you use for the radiator screws?

  • i'm thinking of attempting that, thanks for the demonstration.

  • Thank you Dangerden .... i looked so long for this video..

i found some but not with the right case ;)

  • The optical drives may only come back that far in the case, but you forgot about connectors. DOH!

  • can i do with the same with plastic?

im watercooling my xbox.... and wanna fit in a duel 120mm Rad.

i was going to fit it to the roof of it ( but inside the case )

so i will need to cut fan holes (:

  • @birdman5050

or you get liquid cooling and you only need 2-3 fans :)

  • >using a calculator to divide 8.08 by 2

  • Is it my imagination or is that music from the original unreal tournament?

  • It's "The Course" from Unreal Tournament, yes.

  • @tmanka yes

  • Sweet, i'm putting a side window on a friends pc. might put another fan like this on my case too. My little brother has a 360 i just wish he would let me window it lol. Would void warranty..

  • ok a few questions

    1. what mm hole saw did you use.

    2. how long did it take you to drill trough it

    3. is that a special hole saw

    many thanks to any response

  • where can a 14 year old man get tools to do this to his case??

p.s. my dad has given me permission :D

(mostly cuz it's a old and oout of fasion case)

    xD

  • You can get it from tool shops or from the internet. The internet is much cheaper, so get it from there. I am from the Netherlands and got an holesaw from the internet for 20 bucks.

  • nice

  • how big is the drill head for when you drilled the screw holes?

  • if i got that liquid cooling kit..

would it fit at the top of my CM.830.Stacker?

its where you can put a 120mm fan or a raptorX hard drive..

  • Do you have to do this for every water cooling system?

  • No most beginner kits mount rad on back 120mm fan hole.

  • whats the circular part around the drill to cut the hole called?

  • i need to know the same

  • hole cutter?

  • Little late on this response, but its called a Hole Saw.

  • I love desktop but I hate tower so my friend drill hole out and install 120mm at top - front it was BEST EVER. Very low temp :)

i have bought my second desktop I will do it again. Desktop are hard to find now...YES 120mm is KICK ASS !!!!

    THANKS FOR VIDEO !

  • post vids please.....could u do it with double and triple rads water cooling cpu nb sb gpu's and vrm's ultimate watercooling rig.

  • Having the right tools saves so much time. I made my top-fanhole with a dremel. Took me 2 hours.

  • Wondering why would you put a fan there, as no heat goes over there... it would be wise to place it over the cpu.

  • Hot air is lighter than cold air, so it works like an exhaust.

  • It's a fan hole for the radiator...it isn't for the any of the mobo components.

  • That's a radiator (shown around the 1 minutes mark)

to put it over the cpu, it might get in the way of the PSU (depending on case design) and he might add a blow hole there too (not too sure)

  • yeah thats wur most of our power supplies go. so... i dont think so

  • if you have vents low on the case where air can enter, the fan at the top sucks air out of the case, so it pulls cool air from the bottom across the mobo and out the top. Duh.

  • @RenegadeFury Also, some heat rises. In my system my processor usually creates enough heat when not cooled during video conversion right away. So, I would say that it would create an all around cool ambient temp. Pardon me if I am wrong though.

  • Gonna do this next week. Can't wait. Thanks for the vid :)

  • That's the largest computer shop i have ever seen!!!!

  • im sure you guys already know, but very helpful :)
