My wife is lebanese(beautiful olive skin and rich black hair) and i just dont understand why some leb girls dye their hair blonde and try to obtain fair/pale complexion like the ditzy white girls here in America....stop trying too hard.

@sentravq I feel you man. The only time you will ever see the most natural beautiful women is when you go out on the town, but in the media, it's all about who looks the whitest. White people themselves are sick of looking pale and they're trying to look more ethnic all of the time. It's just silly Hollywood. I live here in Michigan around the Detroit area, so you know that I know what a beautiful natural Lebanese woman looks like.

@CHRISGT34 I know what you mean about paleness and trying to look more ethnic. Getting tans and dyeing their hair black...its hilarious. Yea we are going to Beiruit next summer for vacation. Cant wait, hopefully i will see much more natural beauty. My wife's cousins looks so stupid with their blond hair and black eyelashes..looks totaly fake!

Kinda weird going their though since their seems to be some racism since our relationship is interracial.

@sentravq For goodness sakesm I was hoping I didn't hear that. Are people still that stupid to act this way because of an interracial relationship. I've gotta assume your wife must be very attractive by societal standards because I've noticed they racist people only get mad at interracial relationships when the female in the relationship or marriage is very attractive. It's like extreme jealously. Hope you enjoy your visit though.

@CHRISGT34 Im just hoping its not that way there. Im just assuming but i hope my assumptions arent correct. Its just there are times whenever we go to middle eastern store/deli they stare at us weird. One time a guy said in arabic "what is that girl doing with that guy"(my wife translated after we left the store since she knew i would done something) And sometimes i get stares at church(its an all Lebanese church). It really doesnt bother me because I love the Lebanese culture and my wife.
