ok i did this and it worked but when i hit no on the q this project is out of date and i made another one after i did it alll again it just give and error file cannot be found
Finally! I've been trying for an hour to do something in visual and this managed to give some insight as to what the hell i'm up to.....thanks so much!
Hey mate , need some help here , i followed everything you said in this tutorial , but when i debug it , it comes up sayin there were a few build errors and would i like to run the last succesful build , but im doing nothing wrong , any ideas? thanks
Its not free, you have to sign up for a Windows Live id account, that really sucks, I hate it; and spent weeks getting rid of that garbage. The program is completely unusable outside of windows. If you want to use all the features, send Microcrap all your money. Why cant Microcrap make stuff people can use that works for a change?.
hey guy nice tutorial but if i want to use Application::Exit(); the compiler get angry: 1>------ Rebuild All started: Project: winformus, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------ 1> stdafx.cpp 1> AssemblyInfo.cpp 1> winformus.cpp 1>c:\users\paul\documents\visual studio 2010\projects\winformus\winformus\Form1.h(109): error C2761: 'Exit' : member function redeclaration not allowed 1> Generating Code... ========== Rebuild All: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 skipped ========== what i have to do? need stl?
@MultiSha3r cout is used in Console Applications. This is a Windows Application. For Console Applications, please see the C++ Win32 Console Application Tutorial Series.
@MultiSha3r How can I get the program to stop on the output screen. And what does it mean when the PDX file isn't found. I need to be able to see what the output is in the screen window.
Hello, your tutorial is hard to fallow. You do a poor job explaining the windows you have on your c++ window and how you set them up. Also, you make the same mistake most teachers make. You go too fast through your material, that makes a new learners job harder. At this point a book looks like a better option than any of these websites. thanks anyway.
Awesome videos!! just downloaded the V C++ 2010 Express for my computer. It runs perfectly on Windows 7. By the way, i am learning C++ from scratch so this videos are very helpful. Thank you!!
Why do I get a build error "the * or -> operator must be applied to a pointer." I have done everything exactly as you mentioned. Any feedback from you or another reader would be appreciated :-)
Im getting REALLY FUCKIN pissed off because i cant get to the design page it started me off trying to write the script AND I CANT FUCKIN GET TO THE DESIGN PAGE SOME PLZ HELP BEFORE I BREAK MORE SHIT!!!!!!!!
If this application uses NET it is not fully compiled, it is precompiled. Sneaky Microsoft, by releasing those free tools for .NET actually is able to get all your algorithms and program for free :P Programs for .NET are not rally program but precompiled script very easy to decompile and just steal code. I hope this information be usefule for some of You.
I am having some problems installing the program: Error occured during setup Setup could not install the following component: Microfsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express - ENU
Even after turning off all my security setting's it will not install It doesn't give a specific error code.
My computer's stats are as followed: -Windows 7 Home Premium - service pack 1 -64 bit OS -8 GB RAM -i7 860 CPU -NVIDIA GTS 240 If any more info is need tell me
D: u didnt tell us what Application::Exit(); means :( lol so i got confused please reply to this and tell me what that means whats the :: for and whats the () for tnx
