  • I love ur plate :)

  • Your eggs will come out more fluffy if you add a little milk. They wont be a juicier if you use a little olive oil to sautee your onions in then add your egges. Just a tip.

  • cage free means it dnt have that pouch looking thing around the yolk

  • Great breakfast! next time try some milk in ur eggs it gives it a texture to die for!

  • pork chops for breakfast?

  • Do u have a twitter page where I can follow? R website?

  • Hi, those are "red" onions even though they are purple. And another trick for your drink would be to put those pineapples in the freezer....they help keep the drinks cold in the summer, oh and you can freeze grapes too. Hope you try it, you will like that.

  • I love it Ms. Ateyaaa..... Love it. thanks!

  • Why are people tripping on her cooking pork chops for the breakfast?? This is how we do it in the South..hell I would have added some grits, biscuits, and smoothered potatoes.

  • @annettemint : Okayyyyy!

  • ummm guys what are "cage free" eggs?? anybody know?? lol

  • @4066jks eggs from chickens that are never confined to a cage, they usually roam free in the coop. "Free Range" means they can go outside and chillax, they are confined of course, but are more comfortable.

  • @Dzaal17 Interesting! But why are the eggs brown instead of white? I've always wanted to know that.

  • @Dzaal17 lol at "go outside and chillax" paints a funny picture in my mind about chickens chillaxin...hehe sorry, randomness over.

  • your making me hungry but i dont want to get up........... this looks delicious by the way

  • Im gonna make the sweet and sour wings saturday && this breakfast sunday! I cant wait!

  • Which collection of Villeroy and Boch is your plate from? Great video...

  • cage free means that they were allowed to roam the grounds instead being breed in chicken houses

  • Super petit déj!!! Tu m'invites?

  • @MegaIntegrity

    So true!

  • u right

  • I not gay but ateyaa I LOVE U

  • wow!! did you even have to clean that skillet?

  • I need that skillet!!!! Thanks Ateeya you are awesome!

  • I adore all of Ateeya's videos, but I am partial to her cooking videos!! I learn so much, and I looove southern style recipes ala' Paula D!! Butter baby!!!!:)

  • The store bought eggs have been pasterized which removes and kills all germs like salmenella but if u get them fresh and eat them raw u could get sick because they have not been pasterized so i wouldn't do that.

  • TIP#1. For those who do not leat pork they do make Turkey Chops that work very well as a subsitute. TIP#2 I also TRY to season the night before so it will be ready the next AM to cook. TIP#3 Some people think Grits are bland so get a bouillon cube, powder, broth or paste of the meat you are cookin. In this case I would use 1/2 cp Chicken broth & 1/2 cp of water (you could use the Pork bouillion and put it in your water) and TIP#4. always use UNSALTED BUTTER. Thats my 4cents for the day...

  • lame ......... i wanna be on food network head ass

  • Cage free eggs are out of their cages but they are still stuck in crowded filthy buildings with no sunshine and cleanliness. I didn't know about this untill a couple of days ago. So I am going to the Farmer's Market on Sunday, and I urge other people to get their eggs from there as well. Ateyaaa you're a good person to think about the chickens. So let me know if you went to the farmers market.

  • 0o - I found out too...

  • Organic eggs are the best too!!!!

  • I'm going to get some eggs from a farmers market, and I am going to eat it raw for it's antioxidents. It has 50% more then regular eggs from the store and 1/3 less fat. I saw some chickens near a horse ranch and I will see if I can purchase those eggs. Or the farmers market, but I want to make sure the eggs are truly fresh before eating them raw. I want my body to get antioxidents.

  • raw eggs have salmonella right? you might wanna check that, coz you don't want to get food poisoning :)

  • their free roaming chickens = cage free.

    it's more humane

  • Ohh lord..Pork Chops n Eggs n Grits..n Fruit...I think I'd have to pass on da pork baby girl..Cuz I got high Blood pressure..I'd die for sure ..But it all looks really yummy!!

  • she be teasing me

  • You are Awesome.. I just love this. Gonna try this meal. Think I will watch the food networks more often.. Thanks Ateyaaa

  • this is definitely something you would be served at "big mama's house" i'm a native Texan and i miss southern food sooo much, this is perfect for a weekend breakfast.. thanks ateyaa

  • just and example...i tried your etofee recipe..IT WAS OFF THE CHAIN..but you overcooked the okra for the viewers...keep it viewer friendly...(somefolks, like slimy okra, because of the nutritianal value)..sorry.....bye girl..youre lovly

  • i notice you've taken down your food vids..they were great ..you just have a tendency to overcook...we do that in the REAL WORLD BUT NEVER, NEVER IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT TO THE FOODNETWORK,,keep it quick, and dont cook the vitamins and nutrients out.....you on to something,,but you overcook...

    peace and blessings

    zoe

  • Cage free eggs is happy chickens :)

Thanks for sharing you breakfast for dinner cooking video. Blessings.

  • This looks good. Reminds me of my moms cooking. She would make porkchops for breakfest every now and then.

  • gurl if we were relitives i would come to ur house for some good old fashion breakfast

  • People are surprised about eatting porkchops at breakfast...but, what you know about fish and gritz? and porkchops and rice? chicken and waffles? That southern baby! LOL!

Get down Ateya! Do yo' thang!

  • No offense but this is WAY too much & way too unhealthy for a breakfast.

  • thats what makes it so goooood:)

  • YUM!

  • Everything looks sooo good. Even the grits...and I hate grits! LOL

  • why do you hate grits. they are good

  • I am guilty of not know that people ate pork chops for breakfast! I do like the idea though and I will def. be trying it out. Your food looked delicious

  • People are surprised that people eat pork chops for breakfast. Where do you people live.? In Chi-Town, every grocery store sells "breakfast pork chops". They are very thin with a bone and are delicious. Usually, we fry them. The pork chops are so thin that they fry easily. This is not an everyday breakfast. Maybe, a once every two week type of breakfast. You go, Ateyaa!

  • I live in Toronto and this is the first time ive seen that lol. Maybe I just know people who arnt too favourable of pork, maybe just their bacon @ breakfast time

  • Thanks Ateya for another cooking video.... I was waiting on one! I love it and keep the COOKING VIDEOS COMING!

  • breakfast pork chop?? lol i'll jus stick to ma cereal or toast.. dont have time to cook all that

  • LOL...right thats more like lunch and that will only be done when i have a day off.

    looks good doe.

  • @cynthiasoka but it so tasety

  • wow.

    .lol

  • So, after replaying the video a few times I figured it out. The plates are by Villeroy & Boch.

  • I love that plate. I hate for my food to touch . . . weird I know. I think she said she'd put it in the info box but I guess she forgot. I can't make out where she said she got them.

Ateya, where did you get that plate?

  • thats a bit heavy for breakfast and i don't like pork anyways..

  • that's the after da club staple !!!!

hey i thought i was da only one who liked burnt eggs :) keep up da good work !!!!!

  • OOh I like this. I have to try the instant grits...I never knew there was a 'butter' flavor lol. Oh, by the way they are called 'red onions' not purple. And caged-free eggs just mean that they are bred by hens kept in spacious chicken coops, where they can roam, scratch, perch and nest (not tighly caged.)

  • It looks great but I'm too lazy to kick Waffle House to the curve. lol.

  • Girl I dont even eat pork chops OR eggs, but with they way u made them look so good, I might have to try them LOL. Where did you get your plates from?

  • yummy Ateya! I'll try this w/ steak or chicken sausage since I don't eat pork/ cage free just means the chickens weren't all stressed out - free range [better]

  • That looks SO yummy...I just want to reach in there and take a bite of that poak chop!

  • You should turn the stove down when you cook your eggs, You're over cooking them. other than that, looks dang good!!

  • gahhhhh yuuu made me so hungrehhhh D:

  • i never knew people ate chops for breakfast, lol

  • Comment removed

  • gosh i love your videos:D

  • have me over for dinner at Teeya's House! LOL

  • I love how you talk---lol "tropicana"

  • Cage free eggs are eggs from chicken that roam free on the farm and not caged in tight quarters

  • Yummy...I'm coming to Ateyaa's for breakfast!!!

    That's look soooo good!!!

  • Has anyone ever noticed that ateeya has the craziest plates that are always huge? and her appetite is gigantic and she stays small.

  • Looks good ateya, keep doing your thang!

  • This looks so good!! Quick n easy!! Very good work on the vid!! With the new camera your pics come out so well!!

  • girl i'm on a diet right now..but when i saw this recipe i forgot about everything and just eeeaaat:))

  • Cage Free just means the chickens weren't in that tight cage. Cage Free chickens are supposedly treated better.

  • Mmmmmmmm finger licking good!!!!!

  • im surprise because is the first time i see pork chops for breakfast ...but looks great...tnx

  • Dam, how do you stay so skinny eating all of that !!

  • it just looks great i really want to try that :)

  • "Southern Bell"!

  • Wow that looks just too good! Gotta try it. I wanna know how you manage to stay as thin as you are because you be throwin down!!!

  • it looks so good Breakfast is my fave part of the day thanks for this video gurl

  • And people wonder why we THICK in the south, GOOD FOOD!!!!!!

  • High calorie!!

  • Cage Free is simply that hens are ALLOWED out of their cages for so many hours a day. RANGE FREE means hens are actually NOT in cages and FREE to roam the yard. Thus when you see eggs that say Cage Free AND Range Free - means they TRULY weren't caged. (typically found at natural/organic grocers). I LOVE having breakfast for dinner!

  • Oooh Ateyaaa, that looks tasty, keep cooking !!!!

The eggs being 'cage free' the Hens are allowed to roam freely instead of being couped up in small cages where they can't walk around, just sit & lay eggs!!!

  • oh my that looks so yumm o lol

  • Yummy!

  • DAAAAAMN are you kiddin me ! She aint gonna eat all of that. She cant be eating all of that.

  • hey aint nuthin wrong with swine! (pork) lol i eat just about every part of a pig lol we all gotta die someday and i know imma die happy! ever tried home made lasagna?!! im trying that next and after that shrimp and grits, to the canadian, grits are a southern staple down there they eat it with salt and pepper, in the northern states alot of us eat it with cheese and or sugar! yummy!!!!!!!!

  • hahahaah co-sign....I loves me some bacon!!!

  • what are grits? don't think we eat them in Canada

  • looks good!

  • hate u Ateyyaa, u just made me hungry! im making that for dinner.

  • Yummy I love cheese in my eggs.

  • cage-free egss are from chickens that are allowed to graze for food naturally and are kept in much cleaner and more humane facilities. They are much better for you and do not have added hormones and antibiotics that can make you sick.

  • Calm down ateyaa lmao, luv the breakfeast though .

  • Where did you get those cute plates from? That looks good, But I'm not a big pork eater, but you make me want to convert! And Definitely trying that Juice!
