I think it's smart of him to keep addresses at the American ADD threshold of 4 minutes. It's a concise appeal, details can be found by reading bills and draft legislation online.

It's funny that he says that we need American solutions when his solution is basically European socialism. The best way to stimulate our economy is not to spend a trillion dollars on random government projects, but give people and businesses a permanent income tax break. We also need to come up with a way to get banks to start lending again.
Obama just doesn't get it. It wasn't the Bush policies that got us in this mess while I don't agree with everything Bush did. It was democrats like Barney Frank and Chris Dodd telling Fannie May and Freddy Mac that they must lend to EVERYBODY. The republicans might not have been forceful enough in opposition to these actions, but Bush policies weren't the root of the problem. Obama needs to stop blaming Bush in order to make himself look better.
Don't be the quintessential American with the short memory--remember HOW we got here. Don't blame the messenger his first month into the office. He will do great things--give him a year or two before passing judgment. He has already shown to have a better moral compass than any of the previous 4 presidents.

The health care spending is for the creation of a database (which will give bureaucrats access to our most private records), and a Fed. Health "Care" Board which will dictate the treatments your doctor will be allowed to give you based on cost rather than effectiveness.
The rationing will apply to all of us, but it is mostly aimed at the elderly, who the socialized medicine proponents believe need to die sooner for the good of the collective.

I don't understand many of the issues that people in Congress have raised about this bill. Everything they list as excessive spending seems to make sense. When there is a bust the govn't should spend, and when were doing well the government should save. Anyways, most things brought up need to be done by someone, meaning that people are getting money. I love the people from Hollywood that have visited me and talked about making movies about my life.
Today seven independent film makers who went to Pepperdine University met me at the Four Season Hotel over coffee and a great cigar.
I am scheduled to speak with them Monday morning.
They are amazed how foolish many are since HBO was so brave and daring and knew that opportunity with the American Patriot Jeff Fisher will be a winning and very profitable venture.

It's funny that he says that we need American solutions when his solution is basically European socialism. The best way to stimulate our economy is not to spend a trillion dollars on random government projects, but give people and businesses a permanent income tax break. We also need to come up with a way to get banks to start lending again.

Obama just doesn't get it. It wasn't the Bush policies that got us in this mess while I don't agree with everything Bush did. It was democrats like Barney Frank and Chris Dodd telling Fannie May and Freddy Mac that they must lend to EVERYBODY. The republicans might not have been forceful enough in opposition to these actions, but Bush policies weren't the root of the problem. Obama needs to stop blaming Bush in order to make himself look better.

I don't understand many of the issues that people in Congress have raised about this bill. Everything they list as excessive spending seems to make sense. When there is a bust the govn't should spend, and when were doing well the government should save. Anyways, most things brought up need to be done by someone, meaning that people are getting money. After this is over, we'll just have to balance the budget. (Good Luck)
