which month of the year was this in? the sea looks very calm!... We just got back from Ruwala this weekend. Sightings werent AS good, because the sea was rough... but was pretty awesome still
We need to ensure that there is tight regulation on this activity. We dont want it to be an overpacked 'park' like Hikkaduwa where boats could potentially ram into not only dolphins but sea turtles etc. Care myst be taken. Its a very fragile system. Please educate those operating and participating in these activities. We only have one change.
