You dont have to face the person or give eye contact, although it is appropriate in certain situations. You just have to listen and respond appropriately. Sometimes its easier to think about what is being said and formulate an appropriate answer if you are not directly facing the person, especially if you are hungover!

You dont have to face the person or give eye contact, although it is appropriate in certain situations. You just have to listen and respond appropriately. Sometimes its easier to think about what is being said and formulate an appropriate answer if you are not directly facing the person, especially if you are hungover!
