I'm intrigued by oysters, but I've never tried them. I can't get over the yuck factor. And I hate when people say "Don't chew it. Just swallow it!" I noticed this guy chewed them, so am I correct in assuming that people that don't chew them are just eating them to show off?

Thierry is a real nice french guy. I speak french and i really like how he talks and do his things. The guy is a genius in the wine and by far the best in Europe.
