A waste of time and money. Since the basis of anthroprogenic climate change is bunk, the whole theory is bunk. The supposed warming started 100 years ealier than claimed. The whole theory was created to redistribute wealth from the first world nations to the third world nations. If only people bothered to read the Kyoto Protocol.
