Excellent comment at the end -- this latest action by Metro could definitely help make it easier for the State to implement searches elsewhere under the guise of security.
And , after 9/11. what would you suggest we do to protect riders on the Metro????

Thanks for posting this. We're slowly losing our civil liberties due to fear-mongering by supporters of the security state.
