Once I didn't realize that he keeps reappearing when you enter Zora's River if you haven't reached the Domain.

First thing I did was pull out a bomb to destroy the boulders in the way.

He started talking to me.

I couldn't skip it, but the bomb was waiting for him to finish, so it seemed okay.

Just as he leaves, the bomb explodes offscreen.
