Good storyline! You should totally ask people to write a fanfic based upon it.

Seriously though, poor Bella. Even though I love stories were reality is uncertain and you don't really know what is real and what is imaginairy, I would feel so sorry for Bella, probably because I hold her story so dear to my heart. Imagine reading Twilight and in the last three pages she wakes up from coma. Oh GOD, that would have been heartbreaking!
