You guys will never see capoeira in real combat unless you see a capoerista protecting himself from an attack in a street fight. A capoeira jogo is not about hurting each other and in MMA they add jiujitsu to their style so its nearl yimpossible to find a capo fight.

And yeah ive seen some african fight styles and they are like 80% capoeira like O.o... it was impressive, they even have something that looks almost like ginga =O!!

capoeira originated from Africans during slavery...it was a way of hiding that they are actually learning how to fight from their masters who thought they where dancing..
