@use2slam2 on street tires and terrible drivers srt's run in the high 14's, i had a stock 98 dohc neon that could run a 14.95, a stock srt with a good driver can get into the 13's easy, and with slicks on a stock car you can get a 13 sec 1/4 mile, theres videos on youtube of people doing it

Even with my heavy Cirrus (sebring) I beat stock GTs all day long. The SRT-4 has the same engine but weights less more and it's manual tranny... Have you ever driven one? I invite you to do so, you will be amazed of the power they handle even stock.
Do no forget my car is a Mexican Cirrus which has a 2.4lts TURBO as same as the SRT-4. Currently It only has a MBC set at 17 psi, catless and a K&N. Look at my user and search the videos (I can't post links here) you will see how I beat 2 GT in those videos, one is a 2006, the other is a 2002 but I still have many other videos that I have not uploaded yet :D
I own a 2001 SE Neon, it has the 2.0 liter A588 stock, only mods: TEOH4 Mitsu Turbo, ECU remapping. Believe me, neon can smoke mustangs and camaros, for sure. my neon pulled 286.3 hp and 238.9 pounds of torque, not enough torque, but are 300 pound feet of torque really necessary when pulling a 2900 lbs car? So, believe richieturbo when he says his engine is stock. cause my neonn engine is almost 400 cubic centimeters smaller and it can kick some camaro and mustang ass.

blaled - "Our totally stock GT(automatic) laid down 250 RWHP" - Ford Performance. So add 5% to the HP figures. The GT weighs 3575lbs. The srt weighs about 2950 with me in it. Dynod bone stock 231whp 253wtq. Mathematically it looks like the srt beats this particular V8, with HALF the cylinders....
Wow, someone on here with logic and reasoning, i like it. All i was attempting to say is that, a hopped up I4 will never be as good as a hopped up V8. My 2007 GT(Manual) dyno'ed at 283 rwp stock. Yes, those numbers are SAE corrected, and yes that is a very stout factory motor. Not gonna lie, that is a nice car, I just prefer high torque output of V8's is all.
i just wish people could say "nice race" instead of going into a ford vs dodge war. In-fact we should be happy that both of these cars are AMERICAN made and they both make excellent track times stock. We should stick togeather and prepare the imports for EXPORT. Just because i own an srt4 does not mean i hate mustangs. In fact i love them, i have always wanted one and i will probally get one after ive had my fun with the srt. "There is no replacement for displacement"
oh and yes, ive came across a few srt4 owners that think its the best car in the world and nothing can beat it.... wrong. But for $21,995 i got a stock car that does 13 flat. I do not think thats to shabby. and i apologize if i came off as an asshole mr. blaled.

Where I race at stock GT's run 13.30 in the 1/4. If that SRT4 blew past him that easy then he is not running stock.

Here they run 15.5 at aprox 7000 ft above sea level. I am talking about an AUTO GT 2005-2007. The MANUAL ones do aprox 14.8 if well raced.
