I love MGO. But if they make an MGO3, i hope they fix the gameplay.

I liked the idea of being slow, use teamwork, use tactics and all that good stuff. But now people have learned they can pwn everyone by doing silly moves, and using the box everytime they encounter someone :( That kinda ruins it for me.

Great review! I enjoyed it, but would like to give you a bit of constructive criticism. Use more then one long audio recording, and take multiple tries or takes to stop stuttering and unwanted 'uh' or 'um's. Besides that, I enjoyed it, an encourage you to keep making vids!

I'm finding this a lot harder to get in to than the online on portable ops, the problems with instant headshots and the like are way worse on MGO that Portable Ops. And yea, the whole registration thing is a pain in the ass. I recommend you do it on the computer as you will save yourself a lot of trouble.

i really like MGO despite all of the occasional annoying problems like lag and glitching. there are only 2 things that i can think of that i don't like about it: 1. They haven't introduced anything new in terms of expansions since Scene. 2. this isn't really that big but i find it annoying how when you shoot someone in the head, it takes them a fraction of a second for them to die and because of this i often shoot again because i think i didn't kill them the first time ;P

@Anoush13 not to mention konami does very little to enforce rules or fix games. MGO is konami's top earner along with PES. You would think MGO would be synced with PSN. Since its a greatest, hit. I'm just saying. Konami needs to open up more serves, You can't host lobbies, but you can host survival? get real konami. BETTER SERVERS. we should be demanding this .

@Anoush13 Hell no! This game is not an authentic FPS. People are using cheat moves to win gunfights. People literally run an gun and do these:

1. They use A FUCKING BOX to pop in and out to dodge bullets. Seriously dodging bullets in a FPS game. That's the silliest thing ever. Right next to bunny hoping or dolphin diving.

2. People use twist body dodge causing your lower torso to spin while your upper torso stays still to make your gun shoot while dodging.

The list goes on. Fuck this game.

hmm metal gear solid 4 is the greatest game i've ever played yet metal gear online is by far the worste online game ever!! it's so unfair it's unreal. It's almost impossible to level up the game play is limited to 'who ever has the aim on their opponent win automatically, theres lag, no point whatso ever on the map where you arent exposed to atleast 3 different openings.... overall terrible expirience & i wouldnt reccommend it to anyone

I might get this game because of the story and online but mostly because of the online my friend told me its good and it has good graphics.But to actually play online you have to go through a bunch of signing up and registering i only played this game like twice in my friends house and it was alright but most of the matches were lagging and people were disconnecting(probably because of server maintanence)so far of what i've experienced with the online i'll give it a 8.5/10(so far)

You've obviously never played a game online on the PS3 and you're just on this video to start a flame war. This is the ONLY game I've played on the PS3 online which requires anything of the sort as far as periodic updates and excessive signing, and the only reason is because it's still in a 'beta' form, so they're still testing it out and fixing problems (hense the updates). Seriously, stay off PS3 videos. Fuck your 50 dollar XBOX live, I can play MW2 online for free!

@Kesta195 They are two separate games. MGO was released as a stand-alone game in Japan and bundled with MGS4 everywhere else. They are generally the same, but they are two different games simply linked in the menus.

I was pretty excited bout this cus my friend who has a 360 said its supposed to be very good. So when i started the whole setup took me for ever and completley pissed me off. By the time i was able to play i played one match and quit cus i was pissed off.
