@10lx - Personally I don't see where the bullying comes into it mate. This individual is dressed up as a wannabe policeman and will mislead people into believing they are legally obligated to do particular things because of his appearance of authority when in reality the fool is uneducated, ill-trained and thinks his uniform affords him some double standard.
