@ollobrains1 Thanks for your comments, and I can appreciate your confusion on this. Energetic NLP is not "NLP". We use NLP as part of Energetic NLP. The goal of Energetic NLP is to combine NLP with spiritual and energetic concepts and processes. The goal is to do that in a way that is simple, easy to do, and that is not advocating any particular spiritual system, but rather to help people get in touch with their inner wisdom and spiritual nature. To be more mystical, but less mysterious.

Many people are frightened by the concept of the human energy system. Like it or not, the scientific evidence demonstrates that it is real. There is a great deal of scientific research now (much of it done at prestigious universities) that demonstrate that it is real. Books such as Entangled Minds and The Field go through some of the research. By the way, I managed a research lab in Reproductive Endocrinology at a medical school for 11 years, so I know know a bit about research!

@artgiser unfortunatley, some people have an a priori belief that its all nonsense, so as soon as they hear about scientific research into anything considered paranormal they automatically assume that the methodology is flawed or will ignore it.

Yes I see colors, though its not necessary to do so to work with energy. It is common (and usually unconscious) to dump energy on people when you are angry. Just imagine the earth pulling it out of them later, when you get back in full control.

When you work with your energy it often makes people feel warm, sometimes cool or cold. Its OK eiether way, just different processes happening. If you feel cold, visualize more energy coming into you, gold with some red should help.

Yes, I am talking abut auras. There are a lot of different concepts as to what auras are and how to work with them. My work embraces teachings from Hindu and Western sources. What I teach is some very specific and powerful processes (I've had several great teachers) for working with your aura and with the other energies that are available for people to use (earth and universal energies).

In theory, you're 100% correct IF you remember to breathe correctly(MEDITATORS KNOWS THIS), but as you know, there are quicker methods, once you catch-on to the "how". 30-seconds down, 30-seconds up! (Repeat, to be xtra thorogh)

"Cleared energy" is right. Oh wait now your talking of putting energy back in..boy you have a complicated, rather time consuming process, all these steps are not needed there are better methods to attain Peace.

The magnets are for removing energy from your energy field that IS NOT yours. If you do it that way, you will immediately feel energized. And then you bring fresh energies that support and nurture you. There are much faster and simpler ways, I find that 90% of people that use the simpler techniques are missing a lot of the energy that needs to be cleared.Simpler is not always better.

The whole process with practice, takes one or two minutes. It takes longer here because I am explaining it very fully. My students do it in about a minute (with practice)
