Nah homie, but it sounds as though he did, huh? Actually D'Angelo produced this song as well as the entire Brown Sugar album, which was released in 95. Even though Ali Shaheed Muhammad played a role in this album (not this song), The Ummah production group feat. Muhammad, Q-Tip, and Dilla wasn't formed until 96. D'Angelo was cool with Dilla, as a member of the Soulquarians, and Dilla did some remixes for D'Angelo. But he had nothing to do with this album. Peace
