@ww2freak001 Well, to be honest mate - i wouldn't really stick to this if you don't want to. It's pretty old and i've learnt more about gear since 08, but this is ''OK'' if your planning to start-off in reenactments. I mean, i think I put somewhere you should have 4 grenades, but the para's were given a box and you could take as many as you wanted - as long as the other guys could have their share of grenades. Also I said in the video, you should have the camp toccoa shirt; which is wrong.
@airborne1940 actually i dont use this as a refrence, i use it for entertainment. and i have a HUGE collection of ww2 equipment, not juest airborne, USMC, infantry, airforce and navy. juest need to upload vid
@ww2freak001 They did not wear the camp toccoa t-shirts in the field (wasn't very common) and usually it was long johns (fairly common), wool trousers, wool shirt, OD long john undershirt underneath the wool shirt - then the paratrooper m1942 combat uniform.
What will you do when you decide to go to an event? It's possible to reenact without shooting at Germans. I am saying that you can still go to Living history type events and show that younger guys are interested too, but having a carved 2x4 isn't gonna show that.
If you can make stuff like Bluemoose, that's a different story.
Because, kids are probley more interested in it,then adults.
It would be good. And then when we get budget by doing jobs and stuff at home,we can expand the hobby, and buy Tents and stuff. Then Buy a 30 cal.And stuff to go with it.
thats kind of contridicting ur self if hitler doesnt send a warning how will u stop urself being killed without a gas mask :) Unlike the brits who carried thiers around everywhere :)
iff any one can tell me where to get felt pads can you tell me

It's not that hard to buy a deactivated rifle.
At least get a resin repro. And they're not exactly $1000, try a few hundred.
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
Sorry if this is mean, but you'd patrol with plastic guns, and act like you see a kraut, and make noises? lol
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
Yes.

airborne1940 3 years ago
It's equal. Most kids don't get into though, because of money and age.
So you'd buy a .30 cal and not use it? That's horrible! lol
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
I would get a thmbs down, wow kids...
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
I would get another thumbs down, grow up ya pusses.

did u get thows pics from soldier of fortune
extreamgamer101 3 years ago
yes.
airborne1940 3 years ago
Shouldn't they get a Garand since the Carbine was only issued to those who were on crew-served weapons(mortar, .30 cal, bazooka)??
But pretty much the stuff they need, I would've added a few such as a M2 Paratrooper Knife(switchblade).
ps-are you creating your own reenacting group?
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
Trying to.
airborne1940 3 years ago
blank reenacting? or just living history-type events?
82Airbornereenactor 3 years ago
Both.
I just want A Group Of People that i can meet up with,do patrols in the woods etc.
And i also want to Tell the public, about the gear and stuff.
airborne1940 3 years ago
so blank reenacting by yourselves in the woods?
