The movie FITNA was made to misrepresent Islam by quoting half of Qur'anic verses out of context.

These verses of Qur'an were revealed at the time of war and every verse that enjoins the believers to fight is followed soon by the verse that enjoins peacemaking.

So the believer is asked to keep in mind for peace while he is fighting against oppression.

Geert Wilders cut off the peacemaking part of the verse and introduced loud music to make good part of the speech of scholar inaudible !

Whether Geert Wilder was right or wrong with his film on Quran it is not the issue here. It's about freedom of speech in an once free country. The Parliament should have been able to see the film and listen to Geert Wilder then see the islamic response - with the complete quotations.
