You get way more points if you put it on insane with Must Active, Super Reload, and Enemy Regen. Around 120k points every time you reload checkpoint. Very useful for over-onyxing King of CoG

I'm getting 122,531 points finishing with an 8x multiplier on Insane with Super Active Reload, Enemy Regeneration, and Must Active Reload.

I've done this and I onyxed both Survivalist and Number 1 (4 red stars), but I am wondering why the progress bar for both shows (to next level: 125/240) completed? Also, it seems i'm stuck on 125... cause no matter how many chapters I complete without dying, the progress indicator for Survivalist stays the same (125/240)!! Any ideas what is happening? Is this because of reloading the last checkpoint over and over again?

@vigs1981 When it shows progress even after you've got onyx, it's because you can get onyx again, and get the experience again. I dunno why it would be frozen at 125 though.

@vigs1981 It cant be single player. The not-dying medal is directly relational to the ribbon "On your feet soldier". And you only get ribbons in co-op

2 Things:

If youre going for King of COG, use mutators that make the game harder (Personally I used No Ammo, Enemy Regen and Must Active). This means that you get a 1.3x multiplier for the points; first attempt at this I earned around 27,000 points, using these mutators I got 41,000 which sped the process up a lot. By the time I got my other medals I had earned KoC to Onyx lvl 2, handy for levelling up.

Secondly, Im so sick of hearing 'Grab whatcha need and keep moving' xD

@arbitermarco Epic aren't dicks. They see boosting as a clever way to get around the collectibles. At the same time a lot of the boosts will shatter your K/D, so yeah kind of a double edged sword. Glitch abusers are frowned upon though, as they should be.

@NikkeSWE i recommend while doing this, is to have a lancer or gun that is not fully loaded, and when the checkpoint happens, to try to Active reload it before doing this small grind, so it kinda helps
