  • ...I've know a number of "emotionally abused" kids whose parents were (said they were) always trying to.. help!

  • I find he is sexy.. ;))

  • I like it!!

  • Great

  • Mitch, just called my brother in New York and our conversation turned to you and your family. Sent him this, I know he will be a new recruit. We both adored Sinatra and the music of a by-gone era.

  • As good as it gets!! This genre is making a comeback & naysayers will eat their words

  • FOLLOW MITCH"S INCREDIBLE MUSIC ON TWITTER! @mitchwinehouse1

No small feat holding it down with such formidable musicians!

  • mitch is great,,

  • It would be great if all Amys usual band members and those who have performed with her could reunite for a charity show with Amy on the big screen, inc Femi Temowo,Binky Griptite and Sam Beste.

This sort of thing has been going worldwide for years where all Elvis's band members play live with Elvis singing on the big screen, like a "live"concert.

This would be able to take Amy worldwide for many years and raise money at the same time.

  • @mr waster whoops~~wansty.pitch. timing.phrasing.are essentials in a good singer and mitch winehouse has all three.please let me know when that great saloon bar singer tony bennet appears in a pub near you.i will buy you a beer.l.o.l.keep swinging through the tears mitch youre doing a great job.

  • GOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD......VOICE....

  • he is a 3rd rate pub singer who couldn,t carry a tune in a bucket

  • Addiction pushes people away...the victim loses normal though processes...it is virtually impossible to help an addict unless they have an epiphany or you lock them in a room for half a year (and there are laws preventing that).

On a positive note, you have a great voice, Mitch and I sure Amy supported you 100%, I am from a musical family and we support the arts. My condolences to you and your family. Amy was the most special, talented girl of the 21st century. Her legacy will live on.

  • What I don't understand is Kelly Osbourne getting hate mail. People telling her SHE didn't 'try enough'. What??? Kelly got Amy into rehab back in 2008. She is NOT 'her sister's keeper'. Neither were Amy's parents. They all did what they could. She was a legal adult and didn't want any help. Her parents were not 'surprised' Amy had died. It's too bad we, AGAIN, have lost a great talent. But this will keep happening until people realize drugs (and too much drink) are killers.

  • Hey, Amy did not die in vain! Rather, she gave up her life so that Dad could be introduced to the world and be discovered! He is absolutely amazing as was she!

  • I was mad and tired, sorry.

It just made me feel really wired to watch her dad sing in Paris, trying to develop his career while his daughter was slowly dying.I know that one has to forget a (big) part of its own life if one wants to really help someone...or close one eye or the both and think one shan't ruin two lives for the price of one.

I’ve personally seen it when i was a child and i’m ready to keep my eyes wide open if it was going to happen to one of my belong’s. Nobody knows the future.

  • god bless you mitch, my love and thoughts go with you .xx its not easy when your child is in a dark place that they cannot see the way out .

  • kimmydoll63, thank you for putting it in perspective for TheStudeo74. I agree with you 100%. Mitch tried many times to "save" Amy. I feel sorry for this beautiful man - it must be heartbreaking to see your daughter killing herself slowly. RIP Amy.

  • TheStudeo74 How unfair?...her dad tried loads of times. You cant help someone who doesnt want to be helped. You also cant wrap your children in cotton wool and protect them from everything !!! Dont be a dick. She was a grown woman who made her own choices....dont blame her dad!!!!

  • @kimmydoll63 the whole world is sorry and sad about amy's death, but I had this discussion with my girlfriend:

you can't help someone if he doesn't take the helping hand(s).

  • @unlimited76 That is what I was saying?!....in response to TheStudeo74 who blamed her dad & family!!
