Get out of the stone age, there is no need to do this religious slaughtering of animals anymore. Allah won't punish you for eating non-halal meat. I find it hilarious that religious loonies such as the Muslim and Jewish faith believe that if you kill an animal a certain way it's somehow "clean".

You are DELUSIONAL if you believe animals need to killed under religious traditions/rules in the 21st century.

the slaughter done in this video are questionable in the strict halal procedure. But I don't see how they're showing the mistreatment of the animal before the slaughter as if its part of the halal procedure ? .. an animal is not meant to see the other animal being killed .. also, you are meant to hold the animal until it gushed the last drops of its blood, not cut its throat and leave it be ... oh well, i hope education can solve this ..

That's horrible, I felt sick when i saw the animal still moving about even with it's head 3/4's of the way chopped off. Anyway i've never eaten Halal meat as i'm a Sikh and Sikh's are prohibited from eating "Dogma" meat which is meat slaughtered in a cruel or ritualistic way. I'm not too surprised they treat animals like this though. In Pakistan it is normal tosee things like stooning dogs to death as they look to animals as being the lowest forms of life.

If I went vegetarian wouild it help? How can we stop cruel slaughter? I'm a chef in the United States. I PRAY we have better slaughter methods. I am pretty sure we do. I have been to one slaughter in the US. It was "humane" Shock treatment first. Then slaughter. Damn other backwards countries.

This is not an islamic slaughtering,in islam the animal being slaughtered is not allowed to be seen or heard by the other animals.and also no blood can be smelt.the sharpening of the knife is not to be seen neither.the blade is suppose to be so sharp that only one cut completes the cutting of the throat.this way the animal experiences minimal suffering.nowadays theres much demand for meat,its not about morality but about profit.the slaughterers who kill inhumanely r worse than animals.there evil
