  • Great video, but I do have to disagree about the sweat = calories burned. Not all people sweat, and some sweat with little to no exertion. The real test to see how many calories you're burning is just to wear a heart rate monitor. I have burned 800 calories without sweating buckets, so sweat really shouldn't be an indicator of how hard you're working. Everyone is different.

  • I think you forgot to put the link up for where to see where your heart rate should be. By the way, I just put up my first intro video up. I am on my 5th day of the first week. So far, so good, but it's hard.... I'm going to stick with it though.
