Great video, but I do have to disagree about the sweat = calories burned. Not all people sweat, and some sweat with little to no exertion. The real test to see how many calories you're burning is just to wear a heart rate monitor. I have burned 800 calories without sweating buckets, so sweat really shouldn't be an indicator of how hard you're working. Everyone is different.
