This is hella good. i absolutely love the instrumental work, but i feel like vox could use some work, all IMO of course, or if they did guest vocals with BoO that would be sick. im excited to hear more of your work
@lakai944 Well seeing as people agree with me I guess I'm not the only one. They sound like fry vocals. They are good for what they are but they don't fit the genre to well. In my opinion of course.
@DjentlemanNate I'm coming from a more traditional death metal preference, and these vocals sound a little bit more death metal than deathcore, which I prefer.

@AsDemonsBurn The riffs that sound slightly Born of Osiris-y were written way before the fusiony parts were added (and before the more jazz-influenced band members joined). This song was literally composed the week before we went into the studio. So we did "try hard" to finish the song in a short period of time, and I think it turned out pretty well. If you think we're trying to appeal to anyone, especially members of a forum, well, not even gonna respond to that. Glad you liked the CTEH stuff.

@automaticmotion777 are you serious, the intro alone is BOO worship, then it sounds like BOO until the boring clean interlude and chugs come in. Lots of chugs and pinch harmonics just like BOO, the synth is pure BOO rip off, like it sounds like the same effects used and even the same 16th note triplet usage. BOO URNS
