  • @carabinieri210 And falafel, and many other dishes. But food crosses all cultures. If this were not so, then I (an American) would have never discovered manaqish, kubbeh, bamya, ful mudammas, hummus, or the many other great Arab foods available. It's all good food to me. :)

    اولا احب اعرف فوائد الزعتر لو ممكن وفيه حاجه اسمها عش البلبل ياريت احد يسويها وينزلها لنا اللي هي باللبنه والعسل وحابه اسئل بالنسبه للصاج من فين وكم سعره لان فيه وحده بتجيبه طلبي لكن بتاخذ 150 ريال وتشكرررات

  • طبعا يعطيك العافية بس عنا في سوريا لما بتطلع المنقوشة سميكة هيك الناس ما بتحبها كتير . وبتفضل تكون الخبزة رقيقة . يعني سيدي كان لازن تفتحي الرغيف مليح بعد الرق بالشوبك . ثم وضع الزعتر والزيت .
