How do i get penguin points, or how do i get to see chuck? i've done cold wars so i don't know what else to do

Talk to Larry in the zoo about penguin spies. Then, to help you find them, join the clan chat "World60pengs". They will tell you the locations of each penguin. Once you find a penguin in disguise, click spy on it and you will get a penguin point.

Talk to Larry near the penguin cage if you haven't done Hunt for the Red Raktuber, and talk to Chuck the polar bear if you have done the Hunt for the Red Raktuber.
