I have found a lot of motivation from all you FAB! You Tubers, it is GREAT! That is what this is about, sharing hints & tips and helping and motivating each other.
I am glad to see your face. Great job we all like sweets, but just have to limit it and it is so hard. You handled it well and you talking about your success helps me. That is why weight watchers works. I truely believe it is the communication of tips and information that helps us.

Yes you can have a sweet treat everyday that is the beauty of the Weight Watchers plan, it's so much about being a lifestyle rather than a diet of cannot haves, which for me would usually end in disaster! lol!

I have GOT to remember that this is about a lifestyle change and NOT a diet, that is where I go wrong SOO OFTEN and then I just eat ALL the wrong things BUT ALL the time, as you say it isn't about CAN'T HAVE'S, I CAN HAVE just in moderation.
Our market isn't as good as it used to be but the stalls that are there are FAB!

Even if we eat them in one sitting or in one day, I'm sure you would have felt sick to your stomach and would have regretted it. So, pacing yourself with the treats is the best way to go. :) Good for you! When I was shopping yesterday, I looked at my items and thought: Wow! What a difference in my shopping. I was really proud and amazed.
This is one thing I have a very hard time with. I know if I don't buy sweets or junk, I won't eat them. If I do buy fattening stuff, I will binge. It sets me off. So I (usually) have only healthy stuff in my cabinets and fridge. It is great the YT videos are motivating you. That is wonderful. There are many inspirational people on here. Keep up the good work!! :-)

Actually, I thought of that when I posted my comment. It is very difficult when you have children. I remember when my daughter was small, she always wanted OREOS and potato chips in the house. That is like poison to me. Your boys giggle when I dance?? Tee HEE HEE I am glad. My students at school think I am very funny too. Hugs back!!! :-)
