  • great clip .. keep it up thanks

  • Once the tuber reaches a diameter of 12 inches it can produce a flower. My amorphophallus konjac can produce 6 foot leaf stalks while titanums stalks can get 20 feet.

  • why the rectangular hole on the flower?

  • @uberkernow they cut it out so you can see the seeds

  • @123lovetreasure blimey wish i could get hold of some of those seeds. wonder if you could grow one of these on an allotment. probably not, right?

  • @uberkernow hmmm there was a botanical garden i went to that sold these about 25 to 30 dollars in a pot the thing is that they will look like a tree for a while and after some time (unknown) a bud will grow and bloom. then it will wither and after some time the tree will grow back again. you alson need to have a greenhouse to keep it warm if you live in a warm climate than you an grow one i guess. ( they smell REALLY bad for 12 hours and neighbors might complain lol)

  • @123lovetreasure The hole was cut to pollinate the female flowers, seeds will come in a few months.

  • cool!

what ar the black things shown at the end of the video? seeds? bugs?

  • @midnightalastor ya they are seeds

  • @phillipdogyface the hole is there to show the seeds on the inside
