But it's just on his hand. When I first read your reply I initially thought it was on his leg until I watched it again. But that could really be from a number of other things. We had a cymbal player hurt his left side because he fell off a bike.

im guessing they did it after the second period when the ice is all messed up from 30 minutes of abuse.. makes it unslippery and what not.

Yeah, it looks cool, and most of it sounds great, just here an there there are tuning issues.

Well, to be perfectly fair, the ice is cold and instruments go out of tune fairly easily in temperature differences. Plus the cold air affects the sound quality, not to mention the bad acoustics in a hockey rink. I wouldn't expect recording-studio quality audio. It's pretty excusable.
