the trick is to hold directions down while you're already doing something
so like say u want to cross over your opponent
while jumping from his right side to his left side ( <- that way <-) you also hold down + <- so when you get over to the other side you can quickly change to up punch/kick or front punch/kick
yeah blanka is only a real bitch if u use electricity for defensive and then use his diagonal roll to intercept... other than that u gotta chain his medium kick mid air with ground medium / low kicks punches + ball..
Blanka's my fav char but he is definitely a heavily flawed character against projectile spammers lol... and sagat -.-" i have to use bison to win vs sagat
ultra reversal is nothing major, im not gona diss another vega player but that blanka player wasnt to great to be fair.
Now thowing blanka out of his ultra, thats something to shout about!

OMG. The ONLY thing this Vega user did right, was the counter Revenge Special after Blanka's. The over-all Vega was terrible.
