where did you get you guage cluster from?

definately a bad idle control solenoid (ICS) thats giving you that high idle.

well i lust have to say i love you lol, if you still have it take tthe taillights apart, being an 87 there probobly all corroded like mine were, that will take care of one lights thats on =)

did you checked you Butterfly valve and funktion box. you should have check your intake syste,m
