nice controlled picking, in my opinion, weiser, bestand abus locks are the best in the world, give me about 2 weeks and i'll get a weiser bump key over to you, possibly one for that old eagle you got, awesome work

The chain get's affixed to whatever your locking, so when it's unlocked it just hangs there so you can't misplace the lock. Usally locks with chains have many people with keys, like government type places.
