  • This is just small fish. He is a scapegoat for the people to believe justice is being delivered.

  • Corruption is the backbone of Kenya's economy and we both know it

  • hahahaha... i like the way he still cant believe it..!!

  • nice work Kenya

  • typical deal. no problem be happy they say. In America they just rob you or break into your house.

  • good job..now arrest ruto, sam ongeri and all those top officials

  • Given a taste of his own medicine, and he resists!

  • You honest Kenya police need to come here to america and start doing some downs!

  • What's with the racism? These guys are poor. They are doing there jobs. Bottom line they are poor, and they are doing their jobs.

  • Haha, this kalenjin officer being arrested is very stupid, you dont resist an arrest, atleast go down with some dignity.

  • good job

  • KUMA NYOKO VITA KIVANDE HII

  • twede kubafu.............

  • If this happens all the time, the corruption will stop in the whole Africa!!! these are the people who don't deserve this Job!!!.

They are paid for God sake!!..

I really like the Kenya anti-corruption team..

I am a victim of this case in 1999 inside Nyayo House by the guy who was going to sign my pasport.. I remember his name as Goerge Njoroge..!! He took Kshs 2,400 just to sign the paper and he warnned me not to say anyting to the guy next door!!! I pray that he oneday will meet me ..

  • RED HANDED...THAT IS GOOD

  • Arrest Kibaki and Raila first.

  • that good work keep it up anti corruption police. we need free kenya out of corruption .. i believe we are moving the right way.

  • blacks are generally the same.

  • @jimpurdie

    And whites are generally different?

  • i hate to see kenyan police officer cough corrupted.. as we all known they all work as corruption..

  • How humilating

  • LOL this is sweet thats what happens when you dont follow the low XD

  • That looked like a scene from 24!!!

  • This is one of my favorate clips produced by NTV. I keep revisiting it a lot.

  • That's how they should arrest Moi for his past... and make him crap on his pants on High Def TV. The ever smiling Wako would lose his smile for he would be next...

  • Well done Kenya!!... I hope my country Tanzania will learn something from you!!...because the country is full of corrupted police and other authority service worker, you can't even breathe without bribe!!

  • @mkuki2000 I also hope Uganda will learn something from this

  • All what these secret police officers should have done is to show their ID and tell the officer that he is under arest.

  • There was no need to show true cards to a militia. This is how one treats a militia. lol

  • Mr. Mutooni why take a difficult name like this for christmas. Any reason? Anyway, this clip is about power and control between Kikuyus and kalenjin policemen. The kalenjin senior police officer thinks he is all that until he was arrested violently just like he has robbed other kenyans on gun point. Good riddance!

  • @MRMUTOONI I think they did that long before they started asking qestions

  • this is good.....BUT....unless they make a harsh example of him it is meaningless

  • XD....and also charge him with resisting arrest...damn it's gonna suck being a traffic officer in kenya

  • lol. Unbelievable!

  • This clip made me proud to be a kenyan. We should have arrested the militia like this a long time ago!

  • Keep it up!

  • good start, scenes like this make me proud to see changes, the corrupt officers need to be jailed as that is where they belong with criminals. on that point the officer arrested was a senior officer yet his speech and reaction proved that the force has illiterate idiots running it.. good start KACC

  • I'm proud of what the KACC did here. If we had seen many pictures like this over and over, Ringera will be still on the job!

  • Na hii yote ni maendeleo... Kwani Kenya hakuna "You have the right to remain silent..." lol. Unakamatwa tu. But enyewe this is a good move on KACC's part. As someone said in here, next is Ministers and MPs

  • Galdys Mutiso, your choice of words do not fit this drama. Sweet voice but very demoralizing for the anti corruption agents. Be a positive person and more appreciative. They served us better here, ok!

  • I live in North America, but I am thinking to move to Kenya...wow..

  • Ai. This is what I'm talking about. Arrest them all and pinch them where it hurts the most. we should never allow corruption to run kenya. Next in line, MPs AND Ministers!

  • that's a strong brother thank god he did n;t fight hard there would have been some ass kicking on his part

  • washike before they big come to big to fit in the net its aclear warning to the other corrupt officials post hapa kwa youtube all of them from doctors to lawyers everyone post even those opening letters in posta ,thieves of the state ,stupid man ur now in the hall of shame

  • Mwana wa Mutiso,, this is bigger than Anglo leasing. Dont discourage them. Let Kibaki fail to act on big fish, the police and other corrupt servants make life very difficult for Kenyans, much more than that of Grand Regency sale. It stars from some where, next time its you the press men who I think olso receive handouts from politician for favourable coverage

  • Post them in youtube untill they stop! The CID's, doctors, even those who steal peoples letters in the post offices, labour officers come-on guys invest in discreet video cameras and post them here. Caught in the act is the theme! Its war against corruption for everyone otherwise we will leave a rotten country to our grandchildren. Shindwe kabisa! Riswa!

  • The police officers have too learn police arresting techniques. they are strugling with him. it can be dangerous for them. They need training.

  • watatia akili...

  • what a shamefull way to deal afande!!!!

  • small or big, this is the way to go. The small fish are the agents of the big fish. change takes place when the bottom decides to push up.... I welcome the move.

  • kubaf! kabisa where are the idiot who claim kikuyu's are thief . i wish i was a guy and an anti theft guy i would kick the heck out of him undercover cause of the cameras. how are we ment to do business in kenya amidst all this insecurity

  • Way to go! Shika yote na fungia yote kutoka ile kidogo hata ile kubwa. Ni kenya njeru, nii ndiri ndoona muthigari aikiitio ngono.

  • kenya moja!

  • This is so uncivilised of the officials, there is so much left to do in regard to arresting corrupt persons.Go for pattni, somaia, biwott, moi etc. This is a drop in the ocean in the fight against impunity.

  • this is nonsense being done by KACC. It like watching Vitimbi or vioja. What about those that channels through the bank deals worth millons. Ati you are showing us traffic police recieving 100 sh. and 23 thao.

  • Hii ni upuzi mtupu...ok arrest him and then go after Pattni who has a party , Biwott the elder, Murungi the minister etc.. all who are free...ati kACC are acting tough..acheni ushenzi

  • Great. Keep it up. Small fish, big fish, all must be nabbed. But Kenyans are hard to please. The govt takes action on police corruption, some pseudo-intellectual Kenyans now ridicule the exercise by asking "why only small fish"! This action should be upped to change police as much as possible.

  • Nothing will be done to the big fishes.....This is only drama to show obama that there is changes on line of corruption.....All are known and if it is meant to be flashed then the effect should start from the top side whom take millions not this thousands.

  • Iam just amused at how the govt or is it the KACC handles such a case of corruption.Suspects need to be investigated and served with warrants of arrest.Asmuch as much as am a strong opponent of the vice, procedures need to be followed.Either way, I guess there is always a start no matter how uncivilised.

  • once you clear the small fish now go for the big fish, I want to see them mis man handling mwakwere or Ngilu.

  • wtf...are there no respectful ways of arresting a person? A Senior Police Office for that matter? Are there no arrest warrants? They need to crack down on high level corruption first and also improve the lives of these policemen/women.. Shame on KACC.. they r the ones who are corrupt.

  • About the drama of the police officer resisting arrest, do kenyan police use taser guns to handle a violent suspect or its always physical? Am just curious, someone please answer me.

  • Now that Ocampo is in town it seems people are waking up. no one wants to go to the hague alone.

  • Since we have been unable to stem corruption at the top, I very much support the bottom up approach. If KACC continues this way, the corruption tributaries will soon dry and even the big fish will think twice before engaging in corruption. Moreover, it is common knowledge that traffic police officers have to part with a considerable amount of money before they may be assighned to a lucrative road section. Making it difficult or imposible to extract bribe therefore cleanse the top too

  • bottom up approach...heheheheheehe

  • KACC your next stop should be parliament. Arrest all those corrupt MP's & their taxpayer suites & if you can, arrest their VW 1800cc passats too. Give their homes & land to IDP's & the money in their bank accounts should be used to built schools, hospitals. infrastructure & other necessities of use to the Kenyan people. While arresting them put each one of them in a gunia.

  • This is total nonsense, KACC you should arrest the big fish... Shame on you!!!!!!

  • nuthin to be ashamed about here! Sorry! u know the man?

  • Add resisting arrest to the charges.

  • done

  • done. lol

  • this is just show get the bigfish not this small time gangster

  • they all start small then grow big...to be MPs

  • "public antics" or not, these arrests of 'low-level government official' are very much, and I would argue more, necessary than the Anglo-leasing etc of Kenya. Why? Well how many of us had money in the Anglo-Leasing et al type of scandals? None, if any, of us. How many of us in our daily routine encounter these 'low-level-ranking-officers'? A lot of us! So, as much as I believe the 'big cats' should be pursued, public antic or not, these arrests are effective measures that I fully support.

  • i agree @malkiaj1. We like to whine & bitch about the big wigs & govt but the rot is within us.....so why not start there where it is directly affect the every day mwananchi

  • All of us had money in the big scandals. It is the taxes that we pay that were stolen instead of being used to provide services to us. But I do agree that catchin these small fish is as important an act as catching the bigger ones. Kenyans lives are being made more difficult everyday by politicians, police, robbers etc and KACC must start somewhere. Seems that Ringera's resignation was a great think for kenya..

  • lol, woishe leave him alone, pffff. He's a good boy, please dont hurt him with those cuffs.

  • I gave these traffic police some thousand shillings so to get my driving license some years ago which initially i paid Ksh600 (the required amount in those days) 4 my driving test and license but these is not enough 4 the fat police officers. I told myself every dog has its own days

  • mere publicity stunts....these are absolute rubbish...arrest those who have stolen billions of money....

  • we have to begin somewhere. I think it sends a powerful message man!

  • We have been waiting for this for too long. KACC endeleeni!
