  • BASSI MAESTRO. HO DETTO TUTTO

  • Big Up Rakim

  • This is certifiably FRESH, just off-the-chain dope. Rakim got surgically exacting skills, just riding the beat with effortless flow! Love this joint...Rakim The God, baby - always and forever!!!

  • Beautiful music. Sick ass beat. Sick ass lyrics. Sexy bass line.

  • rakim, one of the best hip hop pure and true hip hop

the hip hop is born in harlem not in beverly-hills

  • are you guys serious, Bassi is credited on the album as having produced the track. seriously took me a 5 second google search to find that out....smh

  • How could anyone dislike this track...fools out here i tell you.

  • I Know I Got Explaining To Do!

  • @fullyfunked That's the dumbest comment ever. First of all, just because some people "stole" things before doesn't mean you should do it too. Second, sampling a part of a song is totally different of picking 4 minutes of the exact some song (in this case bassi's beat) and crediting it to SOMEONE ELSE. You can question the effort to make a hip-hop beat, but the least effort should be credited. Btw, back in the days the "thieves" used to credit the samples they "stole" you know...

  • if anything , that italian guy they're talking about should be bowing down to the greatest of the great , rakim . and should be thankful to ra for using whoever's beat it is .

  • bad artists copy, good artists steal!respect for rakim, but the beat is a 2004 production of Bassi Maestro.check "tu non mi rispetti - bassi maestro"

  • BASSI MAESTRO! REAL HIP HOP FROM ITALY!

  • italian beat. show some respect for a real producer like bassi maestro!

  • It looks like "they don't respect you" Bassi...

  • Best shit ever.

    Nothing else.

  • like like like.... triple like!

  • Dare I say my favorite track on the album?

  • @GrimmjowProduction Nope. I cannot choose a song. All of it is too good.

  • BASSI MAESTRO BEAT EHEHEHE ITALIAN STYLE ON THE TRACK

  • BASSI MAESTRO BEAT EHEHEHE ITALIAN STYLE ON THE TRACK

  • Thumbs up for Bassi Maestro! (Milano, SanoBusiness)

  • @MrAjmario cazzo si...bella.

  • Rakim is God on earth

    and this song is heaven.

  • BASSI MAESTRO PRODUCTION.

  • In English ..Rakim is ill! No doubt I'm gettin sick of hearin people say he wack.. If you don't agree with me you need to realize what the fuck real hiphop is!

  • 2 people only know 25 letters of the alphabet.

  • rakim=most underatted artist of 2010../...

  • @DanielHellRasor

Rakim= long forgotten, god MC of Real Hip-Hop

Rakim's first album is a legend of rap. Paid in Full dropped in 1987.

  • did Bassi Maestro write the lyrics? then get the fuck outta here!!!

  • @onuplayer77 no idiot...

  • tsk tsk Jake One

  • love it' real hip-hop stand-up 2010

  • Damn i love this song my ex boyfriend use to play this all the time to me rakim went hard on this one

  • PRODUCTION BASSI MAESTROOOOOOOO

  • Bassi Maestro's beat stolen by Rakim, that's incredible!

  • @DabblerPHarmacist There's no stealing here. All get paid.

  • rakiiim! ke figura di merdaaaaa!

  • beat stolen, shit

  • I wont say the track is stolen, I say that the person who produced the track let both of them use it. Rakim is the man. He cant b touched, I dont care who it is. The 18th letter is what it is.

  • @yzeebr01 the producer said he made a beattape and gave it to some cat in newyork, so he stole some of his beats, like this.

  • bassi maestro from italy yooooooo.....

  • sehr sehr starker song! rakim the lord! stay true

  • BIG RESPECT A BUS DEEZ.

  • sucker

  • Shit ya talkin about. Shit is called sampeling! ya know nothing about hiphop! Fuck you, sayin shit is stolen!

  • @benjah81 same original song is called sampling, same length, drum kits, loop and hook is called stealing xD

  • yeah "worst comes to worst" ...

  • dialated peoples track in there sumwer ?

  • Quando la gente ruba-.-

  • ladruncolo del cazzo

    BASSI rules

  • these are the songs where the beat is from...

william bell-forgot to be your lover...

    growing painz from ludacris

    jaheim-put your woman first

  • to those saying Rakim stole this beat from Bassi Maestro its possible the producer just happened to use the same sample as Bassi did. Just check out the song "You Can Stop Me Now" by Nas and "You Can't Stop Us Now" by RZA, both those songs have identical beats yet they were produced by two different people, there are others songs where this has happened too. check out Fat Lady Sings by Raekwon and "If This World Were Mine by Ras Kass, both use identical sounding beats, yet two different producer

  • no way man the drums are exactly the same in this version. i know what you mean about using the same sample & this is not that.

    the beat was stolen.

  • True, but in this case the drums added on the sample are the same!!! It's the same track! He clearly stole it...moreover Bassi gave a beat tape to some friend in NYC back in 2003. That clearly proves the beat was stolen.

  • there are no credits for that dude bassi maestro in my version of the seventh seal and it's a shame cause the beat is crazy and probably it's been stolen. But rakim is great on this beat, the seventh seal is a pure classic-every track is classy. Fuck reviews.

  • @sivertoln yes in my version of 7th seal too there aren't the credits but this beat was stolen...it's written in the description too and if you want you can check the original version "Tu non mi rispetti" by bassi maestro anyway agree with you about the lp it's a classic

  • RAKIM is the the top five best MC'es of all time.

    Tupac

    Rakim

    Nas

  • nice list

  • BAssi!!!

  • hot!

  • aglia..beat rubato!!

  • I been working for you doing all I can, but work all the time doesn't make me a man, whoaaa, I forgot to be your lover.

This track been sampled like 3+ times, I like it.

  • beat is very good thats all I know!! respect to who really produced this even if I think rakims flow fits perfect!!! sorry for bad english and nice christmas days for everybody who stays real....

  • Bon giorno fratello mio uR name is on the album...at least on mine...

  • Who is the guilty? Rakim or jack one?

    Shame!

  • Maybe Jack

  • forever Bassi

  • @voris92

    weeee coglione....

    e io chekkazzo ho detto?????

    coglione....

IO HO DETTO CHE IL PEZZO E' DI BASSI MAESTRO E CHE QUEL "FURBACCHIONE" DI RAKIM HA SOLO USATO LA SUA BASE...MAGARI NEANCHE SA CHE BASSI ESISTE...PERO' STA DI FATTO CHE LA BASE E' DI BASSI MAESTRO E CHE BASSI NON NE SA UN KAZZO DI PRENDERE I DIRITTI DA QUELLA PRODZ...

    CAPISH' A ME...

    COGLIONE......

  • We love Bassi!

  • fuck THE AMERICANS COPY ITALIANS RAP AHAH

  • Grande bassi!

  • BIG BASSI MAESTRO

    BIG RAKIM

    OK BOYS?!

  • mucy respect to the one and only BASSI MAESTRO!!!! One of Italy's finest!!!! Unfortunately it looks like Rakim got the required clearance for the track - there are NO production credits for this track on the album booklet...shame...PLEASE spread the word that this is Bassi's work!!! One love.

  • I really hope that Rakim and Bassi could make clarity on this episode.

  • this beat has been stolen from bassi maestro, an italian mc and producer, THIS IS NOT A JAKE ONE PRODUCTION, this is a BASSI MAESTRO PRODUCTION

  • I maked mistake or Wikipedia edited mistake, im not sure.

btw , Sample is William Bell - I Forgot to be Your Lover

    watch?v=jAv_P2Z-5LU&feature

    Sorru if is my bad.

  • This is what Bassi wrote on his blog:

ive just discoverd that on the new rakim album theres one of my productions, i didnt get the credit. the exact same beat was used by me and Rido on the song Tu non mi rispetti on the compilation Esuberanza. The beat came from a beat cd i passed at some people at new york in 2003!

I know that i should tag my beats because those things happens frequently. im really blasted because those artists are artists and producers that ive always supported.

  • made*

  • @Gambinotubee This is also in Dilated People 'Worst comes to worst' with my idol GURU -R.I.P.

But I like this one too.

Nothig special it's only HIP HOP ,almost no rules.

  • @ildiamante74 it aint "stolen" its sampled. A way 2 say yo your music is dope. its real hip hop 2 sample on others. And Rakim say it 2 this album i wanna go back 2 the real elements in hip hop.But i dont know the guy that its sample from but hi is may i legnd. and Rakim Allah bless him. with use the sample

    Peace real heads

  • @vhkhgb bassi is a legend in italy as rakim is in ny

but rakim didn't respect bassi, no doubt i feel really disappointed with him

  • @ildiamante74 and rakim made it famous

  • @ildiamante74 nobody gives a fuck

  • @SteadeeB you right

  • @ildiamante74 well he bit it from dilated peoples neways. (alchemist beat)

  • @ildiamante74 i don't understand.....your saying even though jake one made the beat and probably got credit for it...it's soomebody elses beacause Jake one sampled him????

  • Jake One??

  • this beat has been stolen from bassi maestro, an italian mc and producer, THIS IS NOT A JAKE ONE PRODUCTION, this is a BASSI MAESTRO PRODUCTION and he didn't even get any credit for this, check sano business - tu non mi rispetti..I just can't believe it....
