Very nice. good quality. Can someone please tell me why they always keep smashing the ball the same direction as where the opponent is standing?? Is that like a unwritten rule or something?? If he just smashes the ball the other direction he will win the point more easily :-)

@AFCA4EVER because TT matches are actually quite boring a lot of the time (only the best are shown on highlight reels) i would assume they do it for entertainment? and it's actually pretty fun to do a smash-lob rally.

@AFCA4EVER You usually smash the ball down the backhand corner because then they are forced to be defensive unless they go around and loop it back with the forehand, when u smash it down the forehand corner it will be much easier for the opponent to counter it.

@AFCA4EVER If he smashes on his backhand, the opponent is blocked and has to stay defending, but if he smashes on his forehand, the opponent can easily smash or topspin ... That's why they keep smashing on them . And don't think it's easy to smash, when the ball is that high it's kinda hard .

@AFCA4EVER No, there is no rule on the returning direction. When the ball was smashing or top spinning so hard has generated tremendous spins. The receiver on the other end can only return the ball at a certain angle most of the time without missing the shot. But, you would see when chance prevail they return the ball to a totally different path, that is why you have to have very good footwork in order to move very fast on the world rated standard in order to attack or returning the ball.

@AFCA4EVER When the ball is deep like that you can't get enough speed and angle to outrightly win the point, so they pin them on the backhand where the can't attack. If they were to try going to the forehand on a bad ball the other player would counter-attack and thus the smasher risks losing the point.

@AFCA4EVER no is not that simple. first the defender is putting severe amounts of spin thus making it imposible to change lines safely.The first rally the guy in blue is trying to get the other guy out of position and he keeps smashing to is left to avoid a forehand counter attack like the one at 00:12. . At 00:16 he changes lines but the other guy still managed to counter his shot. see when you are attacking you just want to keep it that whay.wait for and open space and finish it
