Surprised that theres no mention of Warcraft. Theres a story line about how children are being born deformed and must be euthenised. Theres also another story line where a city is infected with a virus that will turn them into zombies. Before they turn a decision is made to slaughter the whole city, you aid the hero in killing innocent people.

The end of Assassins creed 2 really freaked me out, not just because of what the hologram said, but because she turns and is talking to the the player! not ezio!!

The beginning of both Assassins creed 1 + 2 do say they are made by people from various religious backgrounds and beliefs, most games dont bother with that. Thats strange in itself. Usually you may get a gore warning. MW2 has warning for a level you can skip where the player guns an airport of innocent civilians in a false flag op!

I have to admit not much bothers me in the way of video game violence. I will let my kids play MOST games. But when he rented MW2 and I saw that level I will NEVER let him play a modern warfare game again. That game is extremely messed up.

I dont blame you dude. I think the developers got away with it with the choice to skip (the warning is pretty obvious, but that just made me curious as id not read anything about it) and the player doesnt actually have to shoot anyone, you can just walk amongst it all. But being one of those games where you follow orders to progress, most ppl (inc me) shot like madmen. I actually felt a twinge of guilt! even though its a game, its still slaughtering innocent ppl.

Assassin's Creed 2 is crazy with all the esoteric symbolism. There are these little puzzles throghout found using the characters magic vision mode. Like the guest said they unlock some sort of knowledge upon completion. Some of the puzzles include riddles about Tesla and his inventions. Biblical stuff, greek mythology, egyptian hieroglyphs. It is crazy the stuff they are feeding into our minds and most are not aware.
