  • Why cant some one do a full video like an online video training whr ppl will do while the video is playing do they no when to stop when to start and how fast and with a bit of motivation like p90x

  • HA he said Backnee. Try Proactive!

  • I did this. it was realy hard, especialy since, as a female, i dont have much muscle mass. But i did it. And it hurt.

  • hey..i hav tried this workout...its really a kick butt

  • How often during the week should you do it? I've been doing it three times MWF, then doing interval running on TueThursSat. Also, when should you start seeing results as I've only done it for a week.

  • This is video?

  • whats weight dumbbells do u recommend

  • this workout kicked my arse !!

  • @vigilhammer Awesome. Stay consistent. Stay motivated. Thanks for the post.

  • @MuscleInstructor i lost 10kg in 3 months due to not eating and smoking a lot, i want to gain it back, any tips? thanks :)

  • @rameez3007 Most obvious tip number 1: Eat more lean protein and whole grains

Most obvious tip number 2: Stop smoking!!!

Tip 3: Begin workout schedule; such as this workout you're watching

    Tip 4: Repeat steps 1-3

  • try doing the spartacus 1.0 with 40 and 20 seconds of rest, repeating the circuit for 4 times total!

  • @worseisbetter Great idea. Thanks for the post!

  • anyone try this yet? reply if so. i wanna know how it is!

  • @peazythatsmeazy Check it out for yourself. Not unbearable, but it isn't a cake walk either. Great workout! Thanks for the post.

  • @peazythatsmeazy I tried both the first and the 2.0. I think the 2.0 is more varied and less boring than the first (60 seconds is too much work) and if done well even more challenging. In any case, all workouts are good and 2.

  • Are 25s good for this? Or too light?

  • @DarkSylvanis 25s should do, but it all depends on your personal ability. If you really feel the burn by the 40th second after each exercise, 25s are enough. If you can get to the 40th second and you still are able to do more reps with ease, they are too light. Similarly, if you cannot complete the 40 seconds and have to take multiple breaks, then the weight is too heavy. I hope that helps. Thanks for the post! Keep up the good work!

  • very nice! Was trying to find the 2.0 workout! Thank you :D

  • @Sabrinaclasper Perfect. I am here to help. Thanks for the post! Enjoy!

  • FIRST!

  • @ugibrian haha awesome. Thanks for the post!

  • @MuscleInstructor no, to be completley honest, i was stoked when i saw this video. i've been waiting for someone to show the circuits, so thank you!

  • @ugibrian Not a problem! Enjoy!
