Sailing Germany: Kiel Canal Transit

Thanks for posting this. I am from Kiel, but am living in Vancouver, BC for the last 40 years...so your video brought back childhood memories of Sunday walks by the Canal. I am glad you had a good experience there.

@DeviousFink Thanks for your comment. We had a great time in Germany. We are currently in the Caribbean in Grenada. I'm really enjoying the weather here, but I'm missing the beer and sausages of Rendsburg.

Thanks! We are currently in the Atlantic side southern Spain getting ready to transit the Straight of Gibraltar to the Mediterranean. The plan is to make and post a video of our transit of the straight. It will probably be a bit more "technical sailing" on how the winds and currents work.
